The Dyarino National Project is a step in the creation and development of cities where children are recognized as active and able citizens. The Zarand Project of Dyarino, as a nationwide pilot, has gained wide-ranging results over the last four years. Achievements were in the field of human capital (the absorption and empowerment of powerful human capital), institutional capacities (creation of organizational structures in state and public institutions and NGOs), legal and financial structures, and physical development structures.

A child-friendly city is a city where the basic rights of the child, including the right to be friend with nature and the animals, the water, the sky, and human beings is not ignored! In such a place, the child should seek and find his share of clean air, calmness, security, order, and beauty.
Through Dyarino, we are inviting kindness into the cities. Dyarino cities expand the sense of linking and kindness in the current bustling atmosphere and affect all individuals in different age groups.
Playing is children's life. With regard to children, we can create a new future for everyone. But most of the things we do as adults are about children, not for them. If we make the world with children themselves, our own world will also be different.
The future is in the hands of children. Children can build the future when their city is child friendly. With a child-friendly city, we can build the future of our city.
We have come to a new attitude in the department of education of Zarand. The promotion of our education at an elementary level has been the result of the efforts of the Hamnava Institution. Our education outputs are now those who have been trained in Hamnava.
The work done in Zarand has reduced the citizens' depression.
None of the existing teams and groups are working toward what Dyarino is doing. It requires motivation and targeting. The Dyarino team plays a stronger role than others. It is a very interesting task for the team to put a city as the pilot of the children's city.
